JobAvantaj About the client
At the moment, JobAvantaj is one of the most important recruitment websites in Romania. With an average of 12.000 visitors weekly, JobAvantaj both covers the candidates and employers oriented services and features informational articles on career and human resources’ management.
At the same time, the site offers its users a series of useful tools, such as an application which helps them calculate their future remuneration, the possibility of estimating their chances to obtain a certain job or to what extent companies are attractive in terms of recruitment.

JobAvantaj The Challenge
In the last few months, JobAvantaj has intensified communication with site users, offering at the same time solutions and useful instruments meant to cover a large area of problems candidates and employers are faced with.

To facilitate communication with users and their access to services and tools, the JobAvantaj website needed to undergo a process of re-branding and image changing, in order to find a new attitude that expressed dynamism and was open towards its users, in a professional manner.

Our solution
After analyzing JobAvantaj website’s level of performance and the matters that had to be approached, Netboot went on to developing the main communicational and creative routes.

Taking all these into consideration, we have created the Jobavantaj logo, which renders dynamism and tells every user that “he will be the winner in the jobs’ race”, emphasizes “advantage”, and so remains correlated to the former slogan :”It is time to win!”
In terms of design, the starting point was for the site to be easily used by its visitors and to facilitate access to all available resources.

The Result: a powerful website, full of personality, benefiting of an adequate re-branding and an easy-to-use interface, which meets the needs of its users.
